Mubi and I love hosting on Airbnb and have five fantastic signature locations in Southsea for a variety of stays; Ashby’s is a 9 bedroom boutique style accommodation that we market for exclusive group bookings. This is our signature hospitality venue for groups who want to stay together and enjoy the facilities on offer. It’s ideal for groups, or large families. It has hosted weddings, celebrations and is a lot of fun and has a sauna and Jacuzzi

Then we have a 2 bedroom luxury penthouse in the lipstick tower In Gunwharf Quays with the most incredible sea views - with panoramic wall to ceiling glass that offer incredible views of the Solent. This is our premium business let and comes with 24 hour concierge and is for longer term business bookings for those looking for luxury and fully serviced pampering.

During some periods of the year we also offer our 6 bedroom luxury villa for rental, which is located next door to Ashby’s Hotel.

We also have an amazing 2 bedroom apartment that is the closest building to the sea and beach in Southsea itself. Located just opposite the pier and with great sea views. It’s tastefully decorated and has all the mod cons. Very popular for a family staycations and also as a romantic getaway for couples wanting that extra special location.

We also offer a premium stay luxury 7 room Villa. All rooms are self contained studios and designed, furnished and decorated to the very highest standard of luxury. The property will boast its own spa and has a state of the art 10 person hot tub with indoor sauna and steam room due to be completed by July.

Ashbys Deluxe Studios and Ashbys Accommodation are situated next door to one another and can be hired together to offer a unique celebration venue for events like: weddings & celebrations that combine the best of both venues for up to 50 people. This offers opportunities for large groups to host special events.

We have been lucky enough to meet some incredible guests over the past 3 years and have hosted a wide range of stays including: celebrities, teams competing in the Americas cup and even members of the Royal household for the D Day celebrations.
