It has a room with a double bed . We take great care of the decoration, light, details and cleanliness. You will love it!

The house, of 77 m2, on the ground floor of the building, is the result of a spectacular renovation carried out with a lot of love and dedication. It is also very quiet, as it is located in a very quiet street. It offers a cozy living room, dining room and kitchen, fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer / dryer and all the utensils you may need during your stay. The beautiful bedroom is located on the ground floor and offers a double bed of 1.50 * 2. The whole house has been completely renovated with the highest qualities.
The house has heating, Smart TV, and very fast free WIFI connection with 300Mb and Fiber-Optic conection which will allow you to have the possibility of teleworking in the apartment if necessary. It does not have air conditioning since it is on the first floor and it is quite cool and does not need it.
Ideal space for a vacation in Madrid, for a getaway close to home or as an alternative to work remotely .

We offer welcome kit and amenities in the bathroom. The whole house is at guests' disposal.

Hola, soy Lina!

Tras mas de 20 años trabajando en hoteles en Madrid, también como directora ,ahora comienzo una nueva aventura ayudando a los propietarios de viviendas turísticas que no pueden hacerse cargo de atenderlos.

Me encanta conocer gente nueva, recomendarles rincones especiales de la ciudad fuera de las rutas turísticas para hacerles sentir como un madrileño mas. Por eso estaré encantada de conocerte y ayudarte a que tengas una estancia única y llena de detalles.

A mi también me encanta viajar. He estado en Grecia, Inglaterra, Vietnam, Francia, Marruecos, Turquía, Japón..Y tras años viajando tengo claro que la mejor forma de hacerlo es alojandome en un piso donde siempre me siento como en casa.

After over 20 years working in the hotel industry in Madrid, including managing experience, I start a new adventure helping landlords who own tourist-oriented flats to rent but don't have the time to manage them.
I love to meet new people and to recommend them special spots far away from tourist routes to make them feel like a true Madrilenian. Therefore, I'll be happy to meet you and help you having a unique stay tailored to your needs.

I also love travelling. I have been to Greece, England, Vietnam, France, Turkey, Morocco, Japan..And after many years travelling, I've gotten to the conclusion that the best way is staying in a flat where I feel like home.
