The neighborhood is quiet and there are houses close by, so please be respectful of our neighbors and always keep your noise level to a minimum.
We have 24/7 security.
Guests can only enter and exit via the MAIN entrance of the village along Quirino Ave.

I live with my family in a
6 bedroom house situated in a private gated village along Roxas Boulevard.
As a host, I am hands on and like showing people around or prefer to let my guests do their own thing but am available if needed
If you want a break from the traditional and are looking for an affordable, authentic getaway.... and follow house rules....
You are welcome to stay and experience Filipino hospitality in a " home away from home."
