This property is in a great location, it's a 10 minute walk to the University of Waterloo and a 20 minute walk to Wilfred Laurier University. It's located on a quiet street with mature trees and is a 5 star accommodation. It has gorgeous old with new charm and has a great layout with plenty of space. Guests always feel welcomed and that they have the place to themselves. It's a 1 km walk to great trails and hiking in Laurel Creek conservation area. You can be at the St. Jacobs farmers market and the village of St. Jacobs within a 10 minute drive. Herbergin eru á annarri hæð, allt er svo þægilegt í þeim. Niðri eru eldhúsið þar sem við eldað, borðstofu þar sem við borðum og unnu á tölvum okkar og stofu þar sem við ljóðum á stóru sófanum. We are open and welcoming guests. A sparkling clean spacious suite with a completely separate and private entrance is just steps from University of Waterloo, near WLU and Ion train stops. Enjoy the beautiful tree-lined mature and quiet neighborhood. Close to amenities in the University and UpTown Waterloo areas, including many restaurants, shopping and groceries and walking trails.
