Stunning beach. The drawback is I recommend a 4 x 4 or a vehicle with high clearance as the road is bumpy and rocky. You can also hike to the location (40 minute hike on black rocky lava). I recommend this beach for those adventurous guests! 30 min drive north.

Beautiful beach. You can either park on the highway and hike in or take a very difficult road to get there. 4 wheel drive recommended if you drive.

In my personal opinion, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It is accessed by 4x4 only, or a 30+ minute hike through a lava field, but well worth the trip. Pack water and everything you need, and please take it with you when you leave. Unspoiled beauty of Hawaii.

Must have a 4 wheel drive but even with that it is better to walk in. Go in from the State Beach side, there is a trail. Local people at the beach can help you find it. Plan a day of it.
