Culross Palace is a late 16th - early 17th century merchant's house in Culross, Fife, Scotland. Wander along charming, peaceful streets which were once full of the hustle and bustle of a thriving 17th-century port on the River Forth.

Culross is the best preserved village in Scotland from the 1600s. It has great cafes and walks along the seafront (National Trust buildings/gardens). 20 mins drive.

Culross is Scotland's most complete example of a burgh of the 17th century and 18th centuries. White harled houses with red-tiled roofs line the steep cobbled streets, which have appeared in film scenes in Outlander. Explore Culross palace with it's tiny rooms, connecting passageways and painted ceilings.
