7 min walking distance, this beach has about 4 restaurantes (I really like the last one -Adamastor- because you sit really close to the sea in high tide). You can hire a pebble board.
A small beach, hidden from winds. The best spot for SUP (stand up paddle) with long waves. Here you can find the school and a rental GUSU. During a low tide a rocky bottom appears with natural pools. At a high tide not recommended for kids since waves become too strong and it is too deep.

“It is a chain of coffee shops and bakeries in Portugal. Here you can have a nice lunch (soup of the day, sandwich, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice) for some 7 euros. We recommend the chicken sandwich or mozarella if you prefer no meat. The atmosphere is very cozy and friendly. There is a big table for everybody to seat together. But you can also have a private table, if it free. Remember that in Portugal most of restaurants are closed between 15:00-19:00 pm. However, Padaria is opened! There could be a smaller choice of meals available though. ”

“The best ice cream ever! If you go to a "Santini" in Cascais or Lisbon, you will have to queue... If you go there on a thursday morning, buy some fresh fruit and vegetables at the market nearby :)”

“Good quality Italian food in a place with an amazing sea view! You can eat inside or outside. There is also a lounge on the outside where you can have a drink.”
