There are a ton of food vendors under one roof here. It’s a great place to eat different things: bento boxes, oysters, Thai street food, barbecue, tostadas, ramen. Coming here is a very LA thing to do, so we take our out-of-town guests and try to steer them toward foods the city is really known for, like Mexican.
Definitely an experience to go try out all the different foods. If you are there on the weekday, visit eggslut. It gets super crowded on the weekend.

“Sunday brunch spot for a true LA experience. Live jazz, rooftop vibes, delicious eats and great drinks. Try the crab Benedict, bread pudding and the sangria. After brunch head up one floor to the rooftop bar for great views of downtown LA. Tip: make a reservation! Note: my location is 15 mins away from Perch ”

“California's largest book & record store that sells new & used items in a multilevel space adorned with local art. There is a huge mezzanine level (2nd floor) that includes the Labyrinth, a gallery, local art and gift shops. I take every friend that visits to this place and they all love it. If you are into taking photos for Instagram, you would love this place. I usually have a meal at Grand Central Market and then walk here. ”
