We have a very local food call "főzelék". You can make it from every kind of vegetables. My friend made a small place and she cook the best főzelék in Budapest.

Soup and potage bar - modern Hungarian style. Only open for weekdays between 11:30am till 5pm. Recommended to go before 1pm otherwise they sell out of the good stuff!
