This is a great and beautiful thermal spa with plenty of pools inside and outside. The saunas and steams are very stuffed all the time and the pools inside as well, but outside is fun and much prettier.
The biggest one and is located at the Varosliget park. 15 inside pools, 3 outside pools, 10 saunas, Jacuzzis and massages.
Széchenyi and Gellért are the two most famous thermal bathes but my favorite is Rudas. There is a jacuzzi on the top roof and you can see the river Danube with the bridges and The Parliament building etc. So we can see the beautiful city. It’s especially pretty after sunset because of the lit public…
Szechenyi Baths (built in 1913) is the most visited and much praised attraction in Budapest: relaxing, fun, affordable and, at night, romantic. In addition to the marvellous medicinal natural hot spring waters in the 18 pools, there are 10 saunas / steam cabins, several massage therapies, facial…
Széchenyi is the most popular bath in town, it gets crowded as the day goes. Mostly open air, so it has a special atmosphere in wintertime. Easy to get there by historic, yellow metro line 1.
Szechenyi Bath is the biggest and most popular of all the thermal baths in Budapest. What is more, it is one of the biggest natural hot spring spa baths in Europe too. Szechenyi Bath is 100 years old in 2013, and throughout its century-old history, about 100 millions of bathers have enjoyed the warm…
One of the largest spa complexes in Europe. Its outdoor pool with the steam rising from its surface on winter nights and the complacent elderly men playing chess in the water is a world famous symbol of Budapest.

“One of my favorite place in Budapest, you can rent bike or take a small train to visit the island. It is green and there are many gardens, a small zoo, a water park etc… For sport addict, one round of the island is 5 km ( there is a running track), a must do”
