If your budget doesn't run to dinner or the spa, I'd recommend a pot of tea and home made biscuits...they work hard on the tiny details and treat everyone as special. Wander in the beautiful gardens.

Lovely Cotswolds Manor House serving great lunches, dinners and afternoon tea. Gardens are amazing and typically English. Combine with a day out to Burford and Bibury as all on same road.
