Fantastic, quaint, vibrant town with lots of great shops and restaurant. Check-out the numerous events taking place throughout the year including Wassail weekend in December, art festivals and Wednesday farmer's markets in the summer and Sculpture Fest on a private property on Prosper Road that takes place throughout the warmer weather.
1 hr away is Woodstock VT. Sites included Billings Farm and Museum, Downtown Woodstock for dining and shopping, cheese sampling, Long Trail Brewery, Quechee Gorge.
