Fantastic organic trattoria, great place, great hospitality. The most exciting restaurant in south-east side of Rome. The atmosphere is cosy and you feel home at once when you enter Dar Parucca. The food is fantastic and the service excellent, it's a friendly place and the best thing is that there's no boring menu, you can make your choice reading on a nice blackboard where you can also see the prices, very clear and efficient. Wine? Wine! Real italian wine in real old-fashioned bottles, no boring labels to read, it's a charmy certified country wine from the surroundings of Rome. The dessert was also delicious,.
