“This is a great playground if you have kids! Swings, slides, and a summer splash pad. Also, there's a big beautiful open field for kites, drones, or picnics! A fenced dog park is available nearby for your fur baby!”

“Great ball park, catch a minor league baseball game with the Augusta Greenjackets while you're in town. They also have other events, so check their schedule to see what is happening.”

“Excellent local park with may baseball fields, soccer fields, and outdoor beach volley ball courts. It also has a full Frisbee golf course on site, as well as parking and direct access to the North Augusta Greenway which is a paved bicycle path extending many miles into South Carolina. Very flat, good for biking, running, and walking. ”

“Quickly after its opening, Cork and Flame is known for being the premier stylish, upscale restaurant in Columbia County. Unlike any other restaurant in this area, most of our menu is cooked over oak or hickory wood flames on our open Argentinian hearth. The creativity of our menu, paired with innovative cooking techniques yields a truly exceptional experience each and every time you visit. In addition to the wine market and dining, guests at Cork & Flame can also join us for happy hour each day and partake in weekly wine tastings, wine dinners, exclusive chef’s experience dinners, and private events. Fine dining, tapas, and a world-class wine market at Cork & Flame have set a new standard for upscale dining in not only Columbia County, but Augusta GA and the entire CSRA.”

“One of the oldest courses in the Augusta area. This 18 hole course holds remarkable history from Bobby Jones beginning his 1930 Grand Slam of Golf at Forest Hills in the Southeastern Open to College events where future greats like Phil Mickelson (1989), Davis Love III, (1981, 1982) and others competed. Forest Hills is home to the Men’s and Women’s Jaguar Golf Teams”
