Modern Peruvian and Japanese fusion. Try the sushi. It is indeed outstanding. (Can't find anything like it in Stockholm.)

Fantastic, top restaurant with Japanese-Peruvian fusion dishes (Nikkei). Great sushi and ceviche! A very trendy place, not very many tables so make sure to book ahead (by website or phone). Great drinks, so it's worth waiting in the bar. Price is slightly higher, but absolutely worth it!
