The "Skyline" bar located on the upper floor of a hotel is the one of my favorite places to go on a date night :) The view in the evening and at night is stunning with the all the city lights etc. This is the most recommended place to go and see the city from the top and have some drinks as well because the prices are adequate, they are a bit steeper if you compare to cheapest bars in town, but the view is worth it :)

After you enjoyed a special view from my rooftop terrace, go for a drink to Skyline bar to see Riga from the 26th floor, it's a different angle.

Skybar on the last floor of Radisson has wonderful views all over city. Cover charge 3 EUR for entrance. There is DJ playing in the evenings. Quite popular among visitors.
