Um þennan stað
The Canal Walk is part of the Indiana Central Canal, which was dug in the early 1800s, in an effort to facilitate interstate commerce. Today, the refurbished Canal Walk serves the downtown community as a waterside promenade for walkers, runners, bikers and sightseers.

Walk the beautiful canal & rent a pedal boat or kayak if it's the right time of year!
Awesome european canal with local shops and restaurants. Great for running or renting a boat with the fam! Near white river state park. Park on the street somewhere nearby
About 4 miles in length, the Canal Walk is a nice (safe) place to view the city. You can enjoy walking, biking, roller blading, paddle boats ... or visit the Indiana State Museum or IMAX theatre. Bands will play some weekends ... or a movie on the lawn.
