Maria, the chef, is a fabulous cook nonchè relative, while her husband Stefano offers guests an incredible wine list. The venue sits in the most enchanting setting. A must for food and wine lovers.

The Ristoro l’Antica Scuderia restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy traditional Tuscan food with a creative touch. Its setting is also incredibly beautiful: a white road through the hills, the Abbey of Passignano, dark green cypresses, the shade of its garden. In ancient times it was a place for riders to stop and rest their horses before setting off once more on their journey. Today, after careful restoration, Maria and Stefano’s restaurant is where the old stables used to be, a suggestive and sophisticated place to eat, not far from Florence, in the heart of Chianti.
