Spencer Smith Park

Always a great place for a stroll on a summers evening. Parking can be a bit of a problem but the parking behind the arts centre is normally available and free after 6 pm.
Beautiful and fun and some words I would use to describe this park. It's also one of the main reasons I moved my family to Burlington. This park becomes lit with Christmas lights in the Winter and there is outdoor skating. In the summer there is a splash pad and a walking trail running along Lake…
Lovely waterfront views, walks and many eating places along the way.
This green area overlooks Lake Ontario and has many restaurants to visit nearby. This is great for a long walk because the walking trails extend around the lake for miles starting from this place. I definitely recommend the gelato place across the street from the park in the summer.
A lot of local events are held here from Rib fest to the Sound of Music Festival.

“A beautiful gallery within a 2 minute walk. It houses Canada’s largest collection of Canadian ceramics as well as contemporary and classic art.”

“A relatively recent addition to our downtown, this modern theatre was designed by the famous architects that specialize in theaters - Diamond Schmidt. The theatre hosts a wide array of live performances, musicians and bands as well as events and activities.”

“Due to several unfortunate turns of events this attraction was over budget and late in completion but all that is forgotten now and is now a loved symbol of Burlington and popular spot to visit”
