Everyday in their Lounge they offer happy hour prices on oysters, beer and wine. It's a classy joint and a great place to start a night or to stay for dinner. Park at whole foods and walk over. The patio is great -

$$$$ - 15 min walk - The fanciest spot in Sugar House... it's good! The venue is a bit odd because it's a huge restaurant that isn't super intimate for how fancy it is but the Ahi Tuna Tartar is SOOOO good.
