Using locally sourced ingredients has been a mainstay of our cooking since day one. More than one customer has commented that they saw a 35 lb. halibut going in the door an hour before dinner service. Our scallops and haddock are also landed just down the road. Of course not all ingredients can be sourced in Lunenburg or Nova Scotia. Our limes for our famous Key Lime Pie for example are definitely an import.
