This shop is a great place to rent bikes, service your bike, get local information on mountain biking or arrange for a shuttle to do one of the iconic Moab mountain bike rides.

There are quite a few spots to rent a mountain bike from and get shuttles from but the only one I wanted to include in here is Chile Pepper Bike shop because they always have great service, bikes, and prices. Other shops I've been to will usually meet your needs yes but this shop goes above and beyond in my opinion. Next one I would recommend is Poison Spider which also has good bikes and shuttle service.
