Unique restaurant on a pretty spot by the river just before Algonquin East gate. Diverse and interesting menu. Great place to tank up after a long day's hike!

I love the fish and chips here. It is open seasonally, so call in advance to make sure. The owner is a wonderful wildlife photographer.

The Mad Musher Restaurant and Riverside Rooms have delicious meals. Everything is home made, organic and fair trade coffee, and vegetarian or gluten free options. Nothing is prepackaged, or made by a factory. The best time to go is for lunch or dinner.
