Beautiful historic home and gardens, you'll walk right past if you take the "quiet path" to university/stadium. Several tours daily, for a fee.
Once the home of businessman David Theomin, it was gifted to the city of Dunedin with all the contents. As it was furnished with art, furniture and artifacts from around the world this is a unique glimpse into a private home of the period. Well worth the guided tour!
amazing old home to visit and great seeing how they use to live in the past.

“Cadbury chocolate factory have a Jaffa rolling competition to raise funds for various charities during School holidays. This would be the best time to see the street. You are not allowed to turn your car around in the street so have to view it from down below but hey its in the Guiness Book of records as the steepest so have a look!”
