Casual, inexpensive restaurant always has an awesome deal on peel 'n eat shrimp. Sometimes, they offer live music as well. Staff is affable, too. It's fun to hang at the bar with the locals.

J. Roccos is located on the banks of the Esopus Creek in the Catskill Mountains. They offer casual dining and several seating options. During nice weather, seating options include the deck and picnic tables, but the dining room and bar seating is always available. They also offer a rotating selection of craft and local beers on tap, and have the largest selection of Irish whiskeys in the Catskills.
