This fabulous little cafe in downtown Stroudsburg is delicious. Great sandwiches, coffees, teas, and ICE CREAM!!! Cute interior showcasing local artists. This is a 20 minute drive from our Airbnb.

In addition to their delicious ice cream my favorite are their stuffed baked potatoes. Menu is uniquely full of tantalizing combinations of texture and flavor.
