Located just west of Indian Lake (+/-10 miles from cottage), this is a huge spring that can be looked down into from a guided/roped raft. Huge brown trout swim in the crystal clear water down 40 feet to the spring. No fishing allowed!

This is a unique fresh water springs. You can take a raft to the middle of the spring and look down into clear water and see the water bubbling and big fish.

Palms Book State Park is definitely worth the 45-mile drive south, near Indian Lake. More 45s? It's a 45-foot deep spring with crystal clear water, home of some monster trout, where the water temp remains 45 degrees year round.

A short day trip - 1.5 hours from the solarium. Beautiful water, history, fish, a great place to visit.
