Wake up early and check out all of the great fresh produce from all over Michigan it's only a 5 minute walk and they also have lots of cool events here too!

The farmer's market is in the market AND the entertainment category, because it's a pretty entertaining place. My out of town guests love visiting the food market on Saturday (and some Friday) mornings. You can explore antiques and vintage finds on Sunday mornings. There is a small cafe inside and live music. Check their facebook page for other events. During the week you might find a local festival or food truck night. On weekends, there might be festivals that require tickets like craft beer tastings or chili cook offs. In December their is a charming holiday market. Kids events rotate through as well. In June, kids can see Barney live at the PBS kids event. Check in advance whether you need to purchase tickets!

The farmers market on Saturdays and Flea market on Sundays are a fun way to meet locals, try local foods and browse vintage goods. Often there are live bands and other events going on.

Only 18 minutes away and you'll get your fill of a suburban flea market with even a little cafe inside for Sat & Sun tooling around. It's around the corner from the main drag of Royal Oak which is nationally known for it's restaurants, shops, theatres and bars.
