Very unique store and museum. They sell everything from exotic rocks to jewelry to dinosaur figurines. Very interesting fossils and other artifacts. A must spot for kids!

This is one of the coolest spots in South Evanston since 1970. There are so many sparkly things! Dave's sells rocks, fossils, gemstones for lapidary work, ready-made jewelry, books about everything in the geology-to-archaeology spectrum, and supplies to make your own treasures. There's also a museum of Illinois Fossils that will amaze you if you're into dinosaur-era goodies!

This store is so much fun for kids and adults. They sell rocks, fossils, gemstones, jewelry, toys - and in the basement they have a fossil museum with dinosaur bones! Closed on Sundays.
