Awesome Vietnamese. They do both Northern (onions and vinegar) and Southern (cilantro, basil, sprouts, jalapeno) style pho, and have interesting add-in options. ($)

this pho restaurant is a bit more on the pricey end, but well worth it. most likely to get a table even on busy time frames, like lunch/dinner and weekends.
