From April to the end of September, the beach of Le Have is lined by restaurants and bars. It has a wooden boardwalk and is actually a great spot to watch the sun go down while drinking your favourite drink. It has a good selection of restaurants - all more or less modestly priced.
A UNESCO world heritage site, Le Havre is France's second busiest port and the controversial creation, and master work, of French architect Auguste Perret and his team.
