Usually more affordable than renting car at airport, and so convenient if you just need a car for a day or 2.

*Literally across the street next to Great Divide Brewery. If you aren't using Lyft to rent a car, Turo, or another service, you can book with them for the day, pick up and drop off right at their lot across the street. Good idea for Red Rocks or mountain trips!

Enterprise is right down the road if you need a rental, and if you have a preference, Denver has Budget, Hertz, and Avis right in the same area. A quick google search will show exact locations. All are only a 5 minute uber approximately.
