The two-hour Nura Diya experience gets you up close to native animals such as koalas, kangaroos, wallabies, emus, and birds, but your Aboriginal guide will also explain their own stories, share their personal connection to the land, and teach you of the strong link between Aboriginal people and their wildlife. You can also see the Harbour Bridge across the water! Go to the bird show, set in a little open amphitheatre, while you’re visiting the landmark zoo. You’ll have everything from big sea eagles to brolgas flying straight over your head and around the theatre before settling on the zookeeper’s arm. It’s so incredible it borders on circus.
The most beautiful location in the world for a Zoo. Not to be missed and worth a full day out to get a chance to see the Bird Show (fantastic), Chimpanzee talks and the Seal Show.
If you’re visiting Sydney this is a must if you’ve never been before!! The views across the Harbour are stunning!
Australia's no.1 site for travel experiences with spectacular views of Sydney harbour, you can see native wildlife and rare exotic animals.
Not a big fan of zoos in general, but the setting of Taronga Zoo is just breathtaking.

“A world-famous structure, and a must-see if adventuring to Sydney. Learn of its rich history, and experience Danish architect Jan Utzon's mind-blowing sails for yourself up-close. It's only a short walk!”

“a great easy walk that takes in the sites of Sydney harbour, the Sydney opera house, and woolloomollo wharf and provide easy access to the Art Gallery of NSW, State Library and Circular quay. A beautiful location for those off you who love to jog against a breathtaking backdrop”

“This is one of the jewels of Sydney's beach scene and you can easily see why. Balmoral Beach is as expansive as most of the city's ocean beaches, but its harbourside position means it's shielded from winds and big waves, so the calm waters provide a sheltered swimming enclosure and lovely picnic spots.”
