Beautiful spot for a picnic. There are hiking trails, a playground, bathrooms, and gorgeous views.
Closest cute little park that has picnic areas, a playground, and a great setting next to the creek. There is a nice decently long hike starting next to the Stone Arch Bridge.
A historic three-arched stone bridge built in 1880 is the centerpiece of this park. Visitors can fish, picnic, and enjoy a children’s playground, the park is available for wedding ceremonies and wedding party photos by reservation only. Open daily May – Columbus Day 8am-dusk.

“Located in Jeffersonville, about 20 mins away Is Tavern on Main. During the summer( and now during Covid) they have a huge outdoor space and beer garden with plenty of games like life-size Ginga for the kids and picnic tables for everyone to enjoy. ”

Grocery or Supermarket
“7 mins from the Schoolhouse. This is our local grocery store where you can find a lot of the basics you may need. Remember it's not whole foods, but if you shop the outer aisles you will find some farm sourced produce. I love the agrarian feast pea and radish shoots and Byrne dairy milk.”
