The World Trade Center PATH station originally opened on July 19, 1909 as the Hudson Terminal. When the Hudson Terminal was torn down to make room for the World Trade Center, a new station was built, which opened in 1971.

Visit the oculus for shopping and sightseeing in the area. With a 20-25 minute walk to the Staten Island ferry. You can ride the ferry free of charge and get a closer look at the statue of liberty. PATH train stops here at world trade center so you can commute easily from NJ to New York City.

Since the attacks on 9/11 this subway stop has been transformed! The Oculus is an architectural marvel that is now the transportation hub to One World Trace Center. This space features a mezzanine, retail space, and access to the station's four underground platforms, and a great place for some photo ops!
