A great little park, close by, for a walk, a visit to the river, or playing with the kids.

Walking along tranquil, forested trails with the stunning Koksilah River flowing under the Cowichan Valley’s most popular suspension bridge, it’s not surprising that Bright Angel Park, located in beautiful Cowichan Station, is one of the most popular well-visited parks attracting 80,000 visits annually. Families with young children enjoy the playground and open grassy areas while park visitors wanting to cool off on a hot summer day can find a shady spot along the river.

A gem of a park, playground, cool climbing trees, easy walking trails and a suspension bridge. One of my favourite places to go, and swim in the river

This is a great place to go on a hot day to cool off. It's a local favourite, off the beaten path. The park offers beautiful trails and the suspension bridge is not to be missed! Take your chair, beach towel, floaties and a book. There are washrooms and picnic area.

This is a very peaceful and not-so-frequented park hidden away in Cowichan Valley between Shawnigan Lake and Duncan, off of Koksilah Road. It is a great place to enjoy on a sunny day on the way to Alderlea Farm Café. A 20-minute drive to the north from the B&B.
