Rent a bike, and go for a ride. Friendly staff will fit you and hook you up with an appropriate trail! Highly recommend the Mineral Belt Trail, 11.6 mile paved trail through historic mining areas that loops the city of Leadville.

You gotta admit, the name is pretty freaking cool. A full service bike shop that specializes in all types of repair, including custom bike builds, tune ups, custom wheel building, suspension and fork overhauls, bike fitting and more. But if you're new to biking, that all sounds scary! That's the best part of cycles of life, they cater from the novice to the really fit 84 year old down the street that's been biking before you even took your first steps. Damn... I wanna be able to do what he's doin'... guess I'll see ya at Cycles of Life!

Our local bike shop has good selection of cycling supplies from clothing, repairs, to nutrition. These folks and give you all the info you need for cycling around the area. Great place to rent bikes too!
