This trip can be a great day out combined with a drive to picturesque Strangford and then the small car ferry to the other side of the lough Portaferry, which is where the aquarium is based.

Fantastic day out for families adults and kids alike!. Great touch tanks with great assortment of sea creatures including baby sharks. and knowledgeable staff to enhance the experience. Also nurses rescues baby seals back to health which can also be viewed. Small cafe upstairs and great shop for souvenirs.
