We have never eaten at Splendido, but we almost did several times. Many friends of ours love this restaurant, so I figured that I should put it on the list.

#1 Best romantic (high priced) restaurant in Vail or Beaver Creek. Go on a night that Kathy Morrow is playing in the piano bar. Spectacular setting in a castle like Chateau on the Slopes of BC. Dont miss this one.

“Alright, this is my favorite restaurant but uber expensive. It's up in Beaver Creek and the views are spectacular. A meal is spread out over several hours of fine dining and the best food I've ever had. It's very romantic and they have live piano on certain nights. It's about $200 plus for two people. ”
