Check the internet for hours when they are open. There is a walking trail along the bluffs in that area too that has fantastic views.

Whale-watching museum. Look for whales migrating to Sea of Cortez December-April! Beautiful view and picnic area next to a lighthouse that is open once a month to visitors.
