Walk around and find some great vintage deal during the day, and go back in the evening for a totally different atmosphere. It's about 15-20 minutes walk (along the beachside boardwalk)

the throbbing heart of night life for jaffa and also tel aviv the fell market itself is overpriced and a bit touristic but one can still find things great for drinking eating and enjoying the bustling atmosphere
