“Go early when they first open, that’s when the animals are the most active. Great for kids.”

“CityPlace (Rosemary Square) is comprised of 600,000 square feet of retail businesses, over 20 restaurants, a 20-screen theater, open-air plaza, cultural arts theater as well as hundreds of private residences. Come shop in a place where old-world architecture, beautiful fountains, and sidewalk cafes create an atmosphere strikingly reminiscent of a European town center. The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts borders the west side of CityPlace and walking north on Rosemary Avenue will take you straight into the Historic Clematis Street area. Take the FREE Molly’s Trolley with pick-ups every 10-15 minutes throughout downtown West Palm Beach!”

“You can bike here - along the Intracoastal to the Lake Trail on Palm Beach. This museum is just off the Lake Trail which is a paved bike/walking path that runs along the Intracoastal Waterway. Henry Flagler is a very important man who developed most of the area. The Flagler Museum was his winter home that was built in the 1920s on Palm Beach, overlooking the Intracoastal, and it is absolutely breath-taking. There's a small fee for admission and hours are limited - be sure to look them up on the web. I would roughly give this place about 2 hours to complete the tour of the home and grounds - AMAZING! Walk around the bend on the Lake Trail that is in front of the home and you'll find a Palm Beach landmark - the Giant Kapok Tree. This is a must see and photo op!”
