Hands down the best sushi in LA, Pricy though, expect to spend $100 per person if you are also having a couple of beers.

Another mini mall's unassuming sushi place in West LA. Traditional. No carzy rolls and don't even ask for them because the sushi chef will get mad. Great new pickup/delivery menu since quarantine (he never had one before). Pricey but worth it. Disciple of Nozawa.

Possibly the best sushi in LA...but few people know about it! Expensive (but far less than the well-known Sushi joints). The fish is super fresh and the preparations are unique. Get the Omakaze. Not open on sat/sun. During covid, they are doing take out.

This is one of the top sushi restaurants in all of Los Angeles, and it's right around the corner. It is known for its omakase (chef's choice menu). $$$ on Yelp.
