Relaxed, fine dining in Scottish splendour. Every plate will guide your senses on a wonderful journey, evoking memories & feelings. Highly recommended! In 2018 Dean Banks decided to move home to Scotland, after visiting over 40 countries with his work and passion for food. This coincided with Dean feeling it to be the right time to enter Masterchef the professional where he wowed judges from the get go. Using the techniques, creativity and a showcase of the flavours from his travels Dean advanced to the final 3 of the 2018 show. At this pivotal point in his cooking career Dean has now decided its time to showcase his food and dining style to the Scottish public by opening his first restaurant in St Andrews.
