If you are into your wine, you will definitely enjoy the tour at the Ancre Hill winery. We were very impressed by Welsh wine indeed.

Located on the very edge of Monmouth this Biodynamic and organic vineyard produces wines grown from grapes grown without the use of any pesticides. On Fridays and Saturdays the Winery, Vineyard and The Cellar Door are open for tours, tastings and a Welsh Cheese platter lunch. You can even adopt a vine as a special gift. I have taken guests and friends to visit and everyone has been super-impressed with the ethics, techniques and, of course, the wine!
