Directions 1. Enter the public footpath near the start of cuckoo row (there’s a “public footpath” sign) - make sure to duck as you walk under the little bridges :). 2. At the end of the path, you can take in some local views - sometimes you will find sheep and horses roaming around. 3. Turn left onto King Street. 4. Turn right onto Well Hill. 5. Soon after, you will find that there are no further cottages on your left, with a drive way that leads to the fields. Turn left onto this drive way and you’ll find another public footpath sign. Walk across the fields. There are often horses enjoying life on the fields here - feel free to say hi :). 6. Walking straight through the fields, you will eventually find a narrow spot where you can exit the fields again onto the narrow Chapel lane (don’t be alarmed my friends, you will soon enter the fields again). 7. Walk down chapel lane until you see a detached house with a garage, and yet another public footpath sign (my favourite sign in the Cotswolds :). 8. Walk through the fields and you will find a nice view of the valley. I find this a great spot to just take in the greenery. Do mind the bull/ cows who may be grazing there sometimes. 9. Walk down into the valley towards the stream (do take care, it is fairly steep). This is a lovely spot to rest for a few minutes. 10. From here you have two options. Option 1 takes you back home along the stream whilst the longer one will eventually take you all the way to Weighbridge Inn. We have tried both and prefer the former :).
