40min drive. Beautiful lake at the foot of Hunter mountain for swimming, kayak, canoes, hiking, biking and more. Boat rentals available in the park. Dogs need to provide rabies tag/certificate to get in, and not permitted on certain beaches.

This campground is the largest in the Catskill region. This campsite is open to day use from 7am to 9pm. You can rent boats for rowing on the gorgeous lake, fish, and hike around the campgrounds.
