Did you know that this area of the Adelaide Hills used to grow hops commercially? The Lobethal bierhaus has revived the tradition of making beer/bier. It makes a number of styles and you can order a tasting tray to try them all! They open from Thursday - Sunday. They have a bar snacks menu but if you're going for a meal, be aware the weekends can get busy - bookings are recommended. Dog friendly outside.

If you enjoy a good beer this is the place to visit! The ‘Bierhaus’ is only a 5 minute drive from the cottage! A welcoming, relaxed and friendly venue! The food menu offers something for everyone - try those Buffalo Wings with the wedges OMG!!
