Keep in mind this now closed concert hall is far from beautiful or upbeat, but it is one of the best examples of the huge and robust Soviet architecture from times past. Also, from the roof you can get good views of the city as well as the sea.

Linnahall is a multi-purpose venue in Tallinn, Estonia. It is situated in the harbor, just beyond the walls of the Old Town, and was completed in 1980 Not operational, but great views are guaranteed.

This is a good place for a sunset. This is an old Opera Hall, that is abandoned many years ago and the city is not working towards restoring it. The people would like it to be restored, but by the rumors the city wants to take this down eventually.
