OK, this one is a true hidden gem that few Bay Area locals even know about. A small, very casual bar tucked into a marina. THE MOST SPECTACULAR VIEWS OF THE GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE. A must stop at sunset.

You don't need to be a member of this little known, blue collar yacht club to drop in; it's open to the public. This old bar overlooks a small marina and the towering Golden Gate Bridge...simply incredible. You can thank me later for the tip. Come for the views. Understandbly the service is salty. If you're looking for something more boujee, head up the hill to the Cavallo Point

Great little restaurant at this tiny harbor with the best Golden Gate views possible. In the evening, music is often played here. This is a secret.
